Camile Claudel

Camille Claudel (1864-1943) her dramatic life is inextricably bound up with that of Auguste Rodin, her lover and inspiration. However, the affair with the already famous Rodin proved destructive for the passionate, idiosyncratic and talented artist. Unfortunately, her mental health rapidly deteriorated. In 1913, she was admitted to a psychiatric institution where, 30 years later, she would also die.
